I. LOVE. FOOD.
And I love it even more when I don’t have to cook it!
Combine my love for food and not having to slave away in the kitchen, I used to overeat every time I ate out. It was such a treat I just couldn’t get enough of it!
So naturally when I was looking to lose weight, I cleared my social calendar and vowed to never eat out again.
That was the only way I knew how to stay in control of my food.
Well, this didn’t last very long because I felt like a hermit and was pretty unhappy. And what’s the point in feeling good in my body if I couldn’t leave my own house?
Now I’m proud to say that I have mastered the art of eating out AND slimming down.
