A powerful antidote to your anxiety

What do you do when you feel anxious?

I used to eat.

In the past, even before I would open my eyes in the morning, an electrified wave of anxiety would surge through my body.

The only way I knew how to escape it was to eat.

At the time, food comforted me. It distracted me. It numbed me.

But it never really made my problems go away. On the surface, it just dulled the pain.

I didn’t think it was that big of a deal that I would eat my feelings…until my pants didn’t fit.

That’s when I knew if I kept eating my stress and anxiety, I’d be 600lbs by the time I was 40 years old.

There needed to be a better way.

From there, what I found is a practice that is a non-negotiable for me. I do this everyday, if not multiple times a day.

What I do is I connect in with my higher power (God, the Universe, Buddah, Goddess, Big Daddy…whatever language resonates with you).

I have a very specific and powerful way that I am doing this.

I’ve found it to be very effective.

For me, it has helped me put the cookie down multiple times and also for my clients.

And I want to be able to share with you too.

So if you’ve ever had the feeling that you’re entirely anxious and you know you go right for the cookies… where you eat, not just 1, but 20 until your hand is completely thru the bag, then I want to invite you to fill out this application.

This is an opportunity for a complimentary private discovery session, just you and me.

I’ll listen intimately to your struggles of fighting food and we’ll get clear on your next steps together. We’ll also get clear if one of my programs is a fit for you.

Fill out this application to receive one of these complimentary discovery sessions. Spots are limited, so I’ll need to receive your application by THIS FRIDAY.

I am so grateful I could share this with you today and I’m really looking forward to supporting you every step of the way.

Loving you,
