Like when you’re hungry between breakfast and lunch…should you really have a snack? Especially because the clock says lunch isn’t for another 2 HOURS!?
Most women, when trying to drop 10 pounds (or even more than that) will try their gosh-darn-hardest to cut back on how frequently they eat. And not feeling confident eating if the clock isn’t telling them it’s meal time.
When I was desperately trying to slim down, I loathed trying to figure out when I should be eating…it felt like I was in a constant battle with my hunger and the clock.
I would get so hungry between meal times that my stomach felt like it was eating itself and I would count the seconds on the clock when I have been should be focusing at work.
And when I did make it to a meal without cracking, I couldn’t help but stuff my face.
It wasn’t before long I said F-THIS and decided to do things differently.
And I’m super excited about sharing this method with you today!
It is the tip of the iceberg of what each woman who laughs herself skinny does. It’s what freed myself and so many other women from watching the clock, starving between meals and binging later on.
I have literally seen (myself included) women drop 10, 20, 30 pounds doing this.
