Last week I appeared on the Delicious Life Show and confessed I don’t cook. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I used a pot or a pan.
But it wasn’t always this way.
I used to spend HOURS on my feet chopping, prepping and cooking EVERYTHING. I thought it was my golden ticket to finally having the body I always longed for.
Well, this got old (and f-ing exhausting!) for me very fast. Cooking eventually became overwhelming and stressful.
And any good that I was doing by eating clean was quickly counteracted with the burden of the stress I’d encounter each week I’d try to do it all.
And not a sustainable way to slim down.
