How To Start Loving Yourself Today

Something crazy happened to me one morning and I just have to share this with you…

One morning, I opened my eyes (before my alarm) without even an ounce of anxiety, stress, worry, loathing, or hatred for myself and actually FELT an ooey gooey warm and fuzzy feeling of love.

And it wasn’t because I had an amazing night with Zach or extra cuddle time with CJ…

No.

The crazy thing was these warm and fuzzies were for ME!

At first, I was shocked.

Then, I was in awe.

And then, I got pissed.

I got pissed because I knew in my heart that there were women on this planet that would never know this feeling.

So I made a promise to myself, as I lay in bed in my PJs thinking about what I did to get to this feeling, that I was going to teach women to get to this place. To really FEEL this love when they roll outta bed. every. day.

Before I teach you how, I want to set something straight…

Most women think that self-love is the pot of gold at the end of the weight loss rainbow. And the truth is, that self-love actually must be a part of the process.

In other words, if you are “hating yourself skinny” you will get more of just that. Hate.

So how do you begin loving yourself if you don’t have the body you desire?
