Super excited about this week’s topic for J-ciniTV because it’s where my journey of laughing myself skinny began and how I dropped 10 pounds in 2 weeks without starving myself.
Looking back on that point in my life, since then, so many doors have opened in my life because I chose to do things differently.
And if I could do a backflip without breaking my neck, I’d be doing multiple out of anticipation of what walking through this door for you will open up.
It begins, where most people begin when they want to shed some lbs…fiddlin’ with food.
Now let me be very clear about something…eating healthy has NOTHING to do with losing weight.
Because not all healthy food is created equal.
Just because something is deemed “healthy” doesn’t mean it’s gonna leave space for you to button your pants without suffocating.
